Eastern Jungle Gym is committed to creating childhood memories, just as we have done for the past 28 years. As we work to adapt to our ever changing environment and navigate through the changes caused by COVID-19, we will continue to do all that we can to safely serve our customers. We are processing and shipping all in-stock orders as quickly as possible, while taking all measures necessary to ensure the health and safety of our employees.

Over the last three months, there has been an unprecedented increase in demand for all of our products. Due to this, many of our products are currently out of stock and are available for backorder only. Please rest-assured that we are working to replenish our inventory as quickly as possible and will continue to update each product with it’s estimated in-stock date as it becomes available. While we attempt to be as accurate as possible, there may be additional delays in receiving your orders due to circumstances beyond our control.

Order Processing & Shipping

Due to increased order volume and shipping carrier delays, it may take longer for your order to arrive.

Swing Set Orders: All swing set models are currently on back order with an estimated in stock date of 9/1/20. Once your order is processed and shipped, transit time can vary between 2 and 10 business days. Once your order has shipped from our warehouse, we will send you an email with tracking information.

Accessory Orders: Although we typically fulfill all accessory orders within 24 hours, it may take up to 48 hours for order processing. Once your order has shipped from our warehouse we will send you an email with tracking information. Please allow 1-2 days for the tracking information to become active. All accessory orders are shipped via UPS Ground and vary in transit time between 1 and 5 days.
