Eastern Jungle Gym’s heavy-duty Steel Glider Brackets are designed to accommodate the Plastic Horse Glider Swing. It features four pre-drilled holes that allow brackets to attach to a wooden structure. This product makes swing installation for your child’s playset quick and easy.

Eastern Jungle GymⓇ (“EJG”) warrants all wooden components of its swing sets, under normal use and conditions, for a prorated period of 10 (TEN) years from the date of purchase. The warranty applies to the original purchaser at the original address on sales receipt for the Classic, Dreamscape, Dream, Supreme (Oct 2015 and after), Supremescape, Ultimate, Extreme, Sky, Sky Tree House, Fantasy, Fantasy Tree House and Imagination swing sets. It warrants against structural failure from insect infestation or wood rot. It does not cover rot or decay that occurs as a result of the installation of a swing set in an area with poor drainage.
Seasonal checks, minor cracking, knots, knot holes, peeling, warping, splintering, etc. are all considered natural characteristics and cosmetic imperfections of any wooden outdoor play equipment. They do not result in structural failure, and they are not covered under this warranty. Discoloration, mold growth and faded stain on the wooden components, as well as surface rust on hardware, are not considered defects and are not covered under the warranty.
Any components returned to EJG under this limited 10-year warranty must be sent freight prepaid and will be replaced or repaired at Eastern Jungle Gym’s option. Returned components will be sent freight collect. Eastern Jungle Gym® reserves the right to examine photographs and/or physical evidence of merchandise claimed to be defective and to recover merchandise prior to any warranty claims. Any other costs associated with the work that must be performed on-site are not covered. Any travel and labor or shipping and handling expenses will be the responsibility of the original purchaser. The warranty described thus far is the original purchaser’s sole and exclusive remedy. It lasts for 15 years, or until the original customer sells or otherwise transfers the unit.
In addition to and separate from the above, all chains, rope, canopy tent tops, seats, hardware, metal braces, handles, rungs, and all accessories will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 1 (ONE) year from the date of purchase. Cracks in plastic components, as well as chips and imperfections in the powder-coated finishes, are not considered defects in workmanship or material if they do not affect the functionality of the component or the swing set, and as such will not be covered under this warranty. Any components returned to EJG under this limited one-year warranty will be replaced or repaired at Eastern Jungle Gym’s option. Any costs associated with work that must be performed on-site is not covered, and neither are travel and labor or shipping and handling expenses. Those will be the responsibility of the original purchaser. The warranty described in this paragraph is the original purchaser’s sole and exclusive remedy. It lasts for 1 year, or until the original customer sells or otherwise transfers the unit.
Non-residential use of swing set or any swing set parts (including but not limited to chains, ropes, canopy tent tops, handles, etc.) is prohibited and will not be covered under any warranty, as Eastern Jungle Gym swing sets are designed for residential use ONLY. EJG reserves the right to examine photographs and/or physical evidence of merchandise claimed to be defective and to recover merchandise prior to any warranty claims. Any merchandise returned for inspection must be sent freight prepaid, and will be returned freight-collect unless a return authorization number is issued.
These warranties do not apply to any swing set or swing set part that has been subjected to abuse, vandalism, improper installation, negligence or acts of God. Warranties are void if any alterations or additions have been made to the swing set, or if it has been relocated by the customer or a third party.
These warranties are subject to the limitations stated herein. These warranties are expressly in lieu of all other warranties. They exclude all consequential damages. Some states do not allow the limitation or exclusion of consequential damages, so the above may not apply to you. Eastern Jungle GymⓇ does not authorize any individual or representative to express or imply any other warranty.
Notice: Failure to maintain your equipment properly may cause the warranties described herein not to apply in certain circumstances. It is the owner’s responsibility to perform upkeep on the swing set, which includes but is not limited to hardware checks and regular restaining/resealing.
All Eastern Jungle Gym Wooden Swing Sets Ship via Common Carrier.
Please note, due to an increase in order volume all freight orders are experiencing a shipping delay. Please allow 2-3 weeks for your order to ship, excluding transit time.
All Eastern Jungle Gym swing sets ship by common carrier on 4’x10’ pallets. Someone will need to be home at time of delivery to accept and inspect delivery, and, to unload off the truck.
Freight Delivery & Unloading Service
Eastern Jungle Gym ships all items that exceed the limits set by small-parcel carriers via common carrier or motor freight. You can count on us for quick, efficient delivery on all large orders.
Delivery transit time is from 1-7 days depending on shipping location. When the shipment arrives at the freight terminal near your location, you will be contacted by the carrier to arrange a delivery appointment. While the carrier may allow some flexibility in appointment times, lengthy delays in appointments may result in storage fees. A delivery appointment is scheduled by the freight company via the phone numbers you provide with your order. No delivery will be made unless an appointment is scheduled and someone is present to receive/inspect the shipment. Standard delivery times are Monday through Friday, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
The carrier will deliver as close to your property line (curbside) as is accessible by the delivery vehicle. This service does not include unloading, set up, or assembly of items or removal of packaging materials. Additional shipping charges may apply for remote areas or extraordinary delivery requirements including, but not limited to, low power lines, narrow lanes, tractor-trailer restrictions, etc. The customer will be responsible for the contents after the delivery. Freight services are prepaid, and no additional charges should be presented to you at the time of delivery. However, you may request additional services of the carrier (yard delivery, garage delivery, or address change) when the carrier contacts you for a delivery appointment.
It is very important that you thoroughly inspect the merchandise for any damages that may have occurred during transport. ANY damages that are discovered must be notated on the bill of lading/delivery receipt that you sign. Have the driver initial any damage report and be sure to obtain a copy of this delivery document. Do not refuse the shipment.
Common Questions on Freight Delivery
Q) How will my order ship?
A) All swing set orders are packaged in boxes and pieces then put on a large pallet, strapped down, wrapped and labeled. Shipping is by common carrier.
Q) Do I have to be home for delivery?
A) Someone has to be at the shipping address to accept and inspect delivery whether you or your chosen representative will have to sign for the shipment and unload the product off the truck.
Q) Will I have to unload the shipment?
A) Yes. One or two people will be required to unload the product. The driver is only responsible for “curbside” delivery.
Q) How will I know when it’s being delivered?
A) The freight company will call you directly to schedule delivery. You will receive the company’s contact and shipment information with your order to help track shipping progress.
Q) I need this item right away, when should I order?
A) Depending on the shipping location, transit times can be up to 7 business days. You also want to allow time for installation of the swing set. Order your swing set as soon as you’ve decided on a model. If you must have by a specific date, we do offer expedited service for an additional fee. Q) Do you offer installation of my swing set?
A) Check our locations page to see if you’re located near one of our authorized dealers who provide installation. If not we recommend searching the internet for local playground installation company’s.
Eastern Jungle Gym is not responsible for deliveries that are misdirected due to an incorrect shipping address, including any fees incurred from misdirected deliveries. If a shipment cannot be delivered successfully as a result of invalid shipping address, or if no one is available to accept/sign for the delivery after an extended period of time, the carrier may need to return the shipment to our warehouse. If this should occur, after a reasonable attempt has been made to make these arrangements with the recipient, a refund for the purchase will be provided, minus any shipping fees.
Eastern Jungle Gym works closely with its carriers to assure timely shipment of your order, delivery times are NOT guaranteed, and various factors can impact the carrier’s ability to deliver within the expected time frame. These factors include:
- Your location in relation to our warehouse;
- The carrier’s equipment;
- Other unforeseen events that may delay shipping times
Eastern Jungle Gym’s free swing set delivery offer is good for a standard delivery (no rush deliveries), and is available ONLY in the lower 48 states. Deliveries refused, including those due to late deliveries on the carrier’s behalf will be refunded minus all incurred shipping costs, which may include, but is not limited to, shipping costs to and from the respective delivery address.

Are surface cracks in the wood normal? What about checking?
Yes! Surface cracks and checking are natural characteristics of any outdoor wood product. They do not affect the structural integrity of the swing set.
My property is not level. Can I still install an Eastern Jungle Gym playset?
For slightly unlevel properties, we recommend our Straight-Base swing sets, which use a unique leveling system. For our Angled-Base and Multi-Deck swing sets, your property should be relatively level.
Does my Eastern Jungle Gym swing set need maintenance?
Yes. All bolts should be tightened and all accessories inspected periodically. Swing hangers should be lubricated occasionally to prevent squeaking. Wood should be lightly sanded if needed and restained or resealed annually. Tire swivels should also be greased annually or as needed.

Do you charge sales tax?
We are required by law to collect sales tax in Connecticut, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, New Jersey, and New York.
Shipping and Delivery
When will I receive my accessories order?
All accessory orders placed by 1 p.m. EST will be shipped the same day, as long as the items are in stock. Transit time is one to five business days and is handled by UPS Ground.

When will I receive my swing set?
All swing sets will be shipped in one to five business days. Transit time is an additional one to seven business days, depending on your location. Swing sets are delivered by common carrier. For expedited shipping on a swing set, call us at 1-800-752-9787.
*UPDATE APRIL 2021: Please note, many of our swing sets are currently on backorder and will not ship within our normal shipping window. How many boxes will my swing set arrive in?

Installation and Set-Up
What do I need to do to prepare for installation?
Create a safe site free of obstacles and debris. Do not install any surfacing, such as rubber mulch, until after the swing set is installed.
How long does it take the average family to install a swing set?
It depends on the model, but in general, an average model takes 6-8hrs, we recommend setting aside a weekend. You will need two adults to set up the swing set.
