Subject to ordinary use and proper installation, Eastern Jungle Gym® warrants with limitations stated below to the original purchaser at original address on sales receipt all components to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of original retail purchase. Rust, and cracks in functional and non-functional plastic and metal parts are not considered defects in material and workmanship. Any components that are returned to Eastern Jungle Gym® under this limited one year warranty will be replaced or repaired at our option. Costs associated with work that must be performed on site is not covered. All labor costs will be the responsibility of the customer. In addition, for a pro-rated period of 25 years, during which the original purchaser at original address on sales receipt owns the Dream,® Sky,® Fantasy®, Fantasy Tree,® Imagination® or Imagination Tree® model jungle gym, Eastern Jungle Gym® warrants all wood components against structural failure due to insect infestation or wood rot. Seasonal checks, cracks and warping are considered a natural characteristic of jungle gyms and do not result in structural failure and are not covered under this warranty. Installation, travel expenses and all labor costs involved with replacement or parts are responsibility of the original purchaser.This limited lifetime warranty applies to super scoop slide, scoop slide and ductile swing hangers. Eastern Jungle Gym reserves the right to examine photographs and/or physical evidence of merchandise claimed to be defective and to recover merchandise prior to any warranty claims. All merchandise returned for inspection must be sent freight pre-paid. This warranty does not apply to any jungle gym subjected to abuse, vandalism, improper installation, or acts of God. Also, any alteration, addition, or relocation of the jungle gym by the customer or anyone other than Eastern Jungle Gym® voids warranty. All Eastern Jungle Gym models are for residential use only.Warranty does not cover any commercial use. This warranty is expressly in lieu of all other warranties; it excludes all consequential damages. Some states do not allow the limitation or exclusion of consequential damages, so the above may not apply to you. Eastern Jungle Gym® does not authorize any person or representative to express or imply any other warranty.
